These are template based sites that are ideal for when you just want to get your website up and running quickly for a fixed, affordable price.
There are no ongoing costs other than the web hosting, which is free for the first 12 months. Once the website has been paid for, you are not tied to us so you can host elsewhere if you prefer.
The template design can be customised in terms of colour scheme, font and your own logo, text and images.
There are no ongoing monthly fees (other than the web hosting after the initial 12 months) or hidden charges.
Once your website is live we are on hand, should you need us, to offer support and to carry out any updates or amendments as well as add new pages or functionality.
Website updates are charged at £50 + VAT per hour with a minimum fee of £25.00 +VAT. We can always give you an estimate of the cost before carrying out any work.

* Hosting includes the registration of a single .co.uk or .uk domain. Other suffixes and additional domains can be purchased (if needed) for an additional cost.

*** The CMS (content management system) used would be MODX which is an easy to use, open source content management system and this option will come with a customised manual that details how you make changes. We do recommend annual maintenance for any CMS sites to keep the software up to date. This helps avoid the site being hacked.
